Our classes are intentionally small, so you’re never just another mat in the room. You’ll receive personalised guidance, gentle adjustments, and a practice that meets you exactly where you are.
Whether you’re brand-new to yoga or looking to deepen your journey, our tranquil space offers a warm welcome, soulful teachings, and a pace that lets you savour every breath.

$25 per hour-long session. Places are limited so book in quick!
Private Sessions
Want more? One on one sessions are available too. $75 per hour/ session.
10 Class Pass
$200 for 10 group classes. Valid for 3 months.

I love Yoga with Mitha. Mitha is so calming and guides you through so beautifully, you can follow along without even looking, as she explains everything so well, in her calming peaceful way. She explains each pose and the benefits to your body and mind, so you know why you are doing them. I always feel so at peace after Mitha’s yoga classes. She has adapted so beautifully to online classes during the pandemic and has continued offering hybrid classes, which is so helpful!
I started out as one of Mitha’s first yogi’s and she has become a wonderful friend to me, I have thoroughly enjoyed practicing yoga, sharing meals, her handmade chai together and being welcomed into her heart and home.
